What happens after submission?

Once our team verifies the request, the following data may be permanently deleted from active systems:

• Your profile information and account metadata
• Profile media, reviews, and appointment-linked personal content
• Chat records and uploaded files, subject to policy review

Data retained if legally required:

• Payment and compliance records that must remain for statutory retention periods
